The first step is to bomb the elevation level

The second step, fix the hanging rod

Expansion bolts are usually used to fix the hanging rods. First, drill holes on the top plate and install the expansion bolts. One end of the suspender is welded with a corner and the other end is welded with a threaded rod. The suspender should be treated with rust prevention. The third step, install the side keel

The spring line should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the design, along the horizontal keel line of the wall column, using self-tapping screws to fix the L-shaped galvanized light steel strip to the embedded wooden brick. The concrete wall column can be fixed with nails, but the spacing of the nails must be smaller than the spacing of the secondary keels.

The fourth step, install the main keel

The installation of the main keel should be parallel to the length of the space, and the spacing is generally 900-1000mm. When installing, pay attention to the arching. The height of the arching is usually 1/200-1/300 of the room span. In addition, the cantilever section of the main keel should not exceed 300mm, otherwise it is necessary to add a boom. Butt joints should be carried out when the main keel is extended, the butt joints of two adjacent keels should be staggered, and the main keel should be leveled after installation.

The fifth step, install the secondary keel

The installation of the secondary keel should be close to the main keel, and the spacing is generally 300-600mm. The secondary keel should be fixed to the main keel with T-shaped galvanized iron sheet connectors. Both ends of the secondary keel should be placed on the horizontal flange of the L-shaped side keel. .

Step 6: Fully correct the keel skeleton

Completely check and correct the installed ceiling keel framework, and after ensuring that the structural position and levelness of the primary and secondary keels are qualified, tighten all the hanging parts and connectors to ensure the overall stability of the framework.

The seventh step, install decorative gypsum board

Lap the decorative gypsum board on the frame frame assembled by the T-shaped keel, and the keel of the decorative surface of the ceiling can be exposed. When installing the plates, remember to leave a certain gap for plate installation. The gap on each side is usually no more than 1mm.
